How often should my dog be groomed?

On average every 4-8 weeks, depending on breed, coat length and density. We’ll recommend the best interval for your dog.

How long does an appointment take?

Usually between 1 and 3 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat condition and the service package. We’ll give you an estimate when you book.

Do I need to wash my dog before coming?

No, we take care of the bath at the salon. Ideally, the coat should be dry and not extremely matted, if possible.

Can I stay during grooming?

It depends on your dog. Some feel safer when their person is nearby, others relax more with fewer distractions. We’ll decide together what works best.

What if my dog is scared or may behave aggressively?

Please let us know in advance. We’ll book extra time, choose the softest possible approach and, if needed, split the grooming into several shorter visits.
