Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the Terms) govern the provision of services by Limited Liability Company DRESASH (hereinafter – the Service Provider) and the use of the website ohmydog.lv and the Service Provider’s services by the client (hereinafter – the Client).

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Service Provider offers professional dog and cat grooming services at its salon.
1.2. By using the Service Provider’s services or the website ohmydog.lv, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is available on the website ohmydog.lv.

2. Services

2.1. The Service Provider provides professional grooming services for dogs and cats, including washing, drying, trimming, styling, and other pet care services.
2.2. The specific scope of services and prices are agreed with the Client prior to the provision of the service.

3. Appointments and Bookings

3.1. Appointments may be made:

• by phone;

• by email;

• via social media;

• online via the booking system available on the website (when activated).

3.2. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making an appointment.

4. Cancellations and Late Arrivals

4.1. If the Client is unable to attend the appointment, the Client agrees to notify the Service Provider as early as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
4.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service or apply additional conditions if the Client repeatedly fails to attend appointments without prior notice.
4.3. In case of late arrival, the Service Provider reserves the right to shorten the service duration or reschedule the appointment.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. The Client confirms that the pet is healthy and does not pose a threat to itself, other animals, or staff.
5.2. The Client must inform the Service Provider in advance about any health conditions, aggressive behavior, allergies, or other relevant characteristics of the pet.
5.3. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

6. Service Provider’s Rights and Liability

6.1. The Service Provider performs services with professional care and in accordance with industry best practices.
6.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for health issues or reactions resulting from the pet’s individual characteristics or pre-existing conditions.
6.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service if the pet poses a safety risk to staff or other animals.

7. Payments

7.1. Payments for services are made in accordance with the Service Provider’s price list.
7.2. The method of payment is agreed at the time of service provision.

8. Personal Data Processing

8.1. The processing of the Client’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy, available on the website ohmydog.lv.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
